Social groups in our area that play bridge just for the fun of it. This used to be referred to as "Party Bridge" in the '50s and '60s.
Lamordina Drop-in Bridge
Drop-in bridge is a relaxed, friendly, social environment for newer players to practice what they learned from their bridge classes. Just shuffle and play. No partner is needed. There is a mini lesson each week. Carol or Debbie are available to help with the bidding, opening lead or how to play the contract or even defeat it.
Cost: $96 for 8 pass punch card
When: Every Wednesday, 10am-12pm
Pleasant Hill Rubber Bridge
The Pleasant Hill Senior Center provides drop in rubber Bridge sessions. There are no bridge lessons and most of the players are well seasoned but new players are most welcomed! 8 rounds of 4 hands. Just walk in and play!
Cost: $2/session + $20 annual center membership fee
