NAP Competition starts this month

The North American Pairs is a grass-roots competition where each District selects representatives to compete at the Spring North American Bridge Championship (NABC).
North American Pairs (NAP) events for bridge take place across several stages in 2026 and 2027, with the national finals culminating at the 2027 Spring North American Bridge Championship (NABC) in Dallas, TX, from March 10–11 (Championship/Flight A) and March 20–21 (Flights B/C).
The event begins with qualifying games in Clubs during June, July and August.
Club Qualifying: Held during the months of June, July, and August (or earlier, depending on the district).
District Finals are usually held in January at the Monterey Regional.
National Finals: March 10-11, 2027 (Flight A & Championship) and March 20-21, 2027 (Flights B & C) at the Spring NABC in Dallas, TX.
Financial subsidies are provided by ACBL to the top two pairs in each flight in each District to offset the cost of travel to the NABC.
FLIGHT ELIGIBILITY Eligibility for the various flights is as follows:
Championship Flight: Open to any player
Flight A: Players with fewer than 6000 MPs
Flight B: Players with fewer than 3000 MPs
Flight C: Players with fewer than 750 MPs who are not Life Masters
