Two-Over-One Game force is simply an adaptation of Standard American bidding. This method enables us to get to the best game contract and explore for slam with much more ease. It is now considered mainstream by most players.

I will also introduce the response of 1 NT as a forcing bid to improve the part-score contracts. We will build lots of playing time into these lessons so we can become comfortable with this updated approach.

 Because we’re being selective about our topics, we’ll be bouncing around a few different textbooks. We’ll cover a few chapters in ACBL More Commonly Used Conventions in the 21st Century as well as a couple in ACBL Defense in the 21st Century.  I’ll provide notes for the bonus conventions.
